It’s like getting drinks with your really smart, insightful friends
As someone who very naturally is incredibly curious about why our brains work the way they do, I totally adore this pod. There’s zero pretension to their conversations and you can tell this is two good, insightful friends talking about things that affect truly all of us. I’m not saying it’s better than therapy or even a substitute, but I feel much more equipped to parse through the kinds of things that come up in day to day life with their measured, humorous, refreshingly honest insights.

I never thought I’d hear Jacqueline talk about prayer and meditation, but I love it!

The podcast is interesting and informative but the big downside is Kibby who I am unable to take seriously as a professional in psychology who says ‘like’ in every sentence. She has absolutely no self awareness and that is very sad for someone in her field. It’s very distracting and annoying.
