That post kicked off the beginning of a real place where women could connect and talk about money and all other things important to them and soon after the post was published, Angela created the Women’s Personal Finance Facebook community.  Later that year, Regina wrote a guest post on Angela’s blog about her newly coined term PrepperFi. Angela and Regina cemented their friendship over the course of Regina’s son developing cancer and entering into treatment. Sometimes, great things come out of hardships. The Facebook community has now grown to over 70k members and is known to be one of the best, most supportive places on the internet.
