“Coming from nocturnal transmissions, I already enjoy our terrific narrator—but the story and the writing in this podcast is so rich. It’s like the perfect combination of horror meets Welcome to Night Vale meets Magnus Archives meets Lovecraft that blends into its own unique thing. There’s a perfect mix of storytelling and lore that build upon each other, and it made me realize that excellent world building shouldn’t seem or look like world building—and this show accomplishes that task. I only wish there were more content. The Odd America segments are simply the best, but the actual plot is very good too. Its become my first patreon subscription. I hope they keep it up.”
