Normally we don't post the workshops online, however with the current state of things the need is there since not all the members could attend virtually this month. However, if you enjoy it, let us know!
This month we briefly recap Tradition 4 and Concept 4, and go into detail in covering Tradition 5 and Concept 5 on the zoom platform. They are about 1 hour each for a total workshop of two hours.
