“I was looking foward to study Real Estate Finance, and this chapters are awesome. Joshua Kahr gives you everything you need in his website, and the videos may be a little blury, but if you read the sheets and presentations along with the videos you really understand everything. The only thing that would complement the curse is, you getting the book he uses for the homeworks and the readings, other than that, you are getting an awesome class, from one of the best universities and from a great teacher for free!. I highly recommend it.”
