My favorite yoga nerd🤓
Amy is SO Boss. Major Shaktipat! Listening to her feels like a conversation with your best friend. I tell all of my yoga teacher/friends about her! Girl keeps it real, authentic and old school(as in holistic, true to the path yoga, not what I refer to as “Hollywood yoga”.) Such a wealth of knowledge, Sanskrit informed, super super practical/FUN ... I literally can’t say enough about the value of these lessons. Her realness is super yummy and entertaining, she inspires me to show up for my life just as I am and that I don’t have to be (fill in the blank) to affect real change in my yoga career/self growth... all I need is to start, today, right here, right now. I’m fresh out of my 200 hr(July ‘19) and decided to go it on my own apart from a studio, which has been a crazy interesting and incredibly rewarding ride so far :). I’ve been listening/following Amy and her amazing podcast for about a month or so now and I’ve already seen real, actual change in my budding yoga business. I posted my first video on social because Amy helped me get over myself. I started unapologetically promoting myself because I took notes and again, got over myself. This girl know what’s up, y’all! For real. I just got my first private client! My classes are filling up and I actually feel like I know what I’m doing from a business standpoint. I feel confident and prepared for anything(still mildly freaking out at times but that’s OKAY. Fear is a door!) Amy, you are such a bright star and you encourage us to shine. Your master plan is working...muahahaha. I can’t wait to meet you, give you the biggest hug ever and crack some jokes over edamame noodles 🥰

This podcast has a great balance of understanding the business behind yoga, but also how it can make a positive impact on a person’s life. Amy does a great job discussing the topic each week. I look forward to listening to future episodes! -The Art of Living Well Podcast
