“I’m a 56-year-old woman fighting my stupid long time alcohol addiction. A new listener, so I’m just getting started on the podcast. I’m right now on Day 1 yet again, so “white-knuckling” it through my 10 minutes at a time. I know isolated and alone is what causes me to start again. This lady gets it and has great advice. And I know once I stop, one or two days after the misery of stopping and experiencing the withdrawal symptoms, I feel so much better, so I plan to listen to the this podcast on the walks I love so much, keep me on a healthy path.
