“I have never written a review for a podcast before, despite my best intentions - it always remains on the never ending ‘to do list’. Having listened to ADHDAFs 100th episode (!) it really couldn’t be more of a perfect time to say THANK YOU officially. I find it almost impossible to try and put into words just HOW much of a game changer this podcast is! It really has been a lifeline, helping to validate and navigate the ADHD late diagnosis rollercoaster. I honestly don’t think I would have had the confidence to obtain my diagnosis or be the person I am today if it wasn’t for ADHDAF. So excited for the future and to watch the leopard print army continue to evolve both with the podcast and now the CHARITY! Big love Laura!”
