It’s not just you…or me. Phew!
Moira, just found your podcast, jumped into ep 40 and jumped out suddenly feeling less alone. I was diagnosed 3.5 years ago, and went from zero adhd knowledge (it’s a bit unknown in Australia) to excited early changes to family issues, 2 years of pandemic lockdowns and feel like I’m restarting the journey of creating an adhd friendly life from scratch again. Listened to many ADHD podcasts, but gotta say the ‘late diagnosed woman’ experience is nuanced and your calm, practical advice on the minutiae that matters with adhd really hit the spot. Thank you for investing your time into sharing with us 🙏🇦🇺 Looking forward to bingeing the rest!
