On Feb 21, 2024 episode a caller asked about a large lump sum and mortgage options - Paula and co host treated it so simply - refinance or brokerage - never in there did they guide the caller who was interested in more cash flow the recast option where you can apply a lump sum, keep your interest rate and term AND lower your monthly payment. Paola claims to own real estate - how did she just think of refinance and not recasting? Its basic knowledge.”
