“Not quite sure why you would go to the effort of producing a credible piece of work only to prevent the listener from being able to fully enjoy it.
The first 20 mins of the 40 min episode I’m currently listening to has approximately 13 mins of ads. I’m all for monetising pods with sponsorship and ads, but it becomes impossible to immerse oneself in the story when the ad/content ratio is so as heavy.”

“Found this on a whim and it’s perfect for my commute, it’s immersive and entertaining. My only complaint is the ads, they’re pretty jarring and abrupt. The serious tone of the show against loud abrasive ads is really annoying”
