“Being a massive VH fan, I recently discovered this podcast and quite enjoy it. It’s not for hardcore fans as it does not delve into the nitty gritty factoids, so if your interest is discovering deep dive info you didn’t know already you may be disappointed. What’s cool about this podcast is the hosts, and their banter. It’s more like standup improv comedy, based around VH as a general topic as they divert on all kinds of rapid fire nonsensical tangents. It’s like a freewheeling album by album review and the bands career. The real fun is when solid celebrity impressions of Sir Ian Mckellan or Matthew Maconnehey make appearances to read or analyze the lyrics of Diamond Dave, Sammy Hagar, or the incomparable Brett Tuggle. What’s also cool is the hosts viewpoint of VH as they seem to be younger fans who were born after Sammy had already joined the band, so for older fans like myself, that’s a neat angle. Keep going gents, Sammy, and Mr. Tuggle have a lot more work out there!!!”
