Listen now
Description
For this second episode we sit down with rising star Alex Méndez. Coming from the rough neighbourhood of South Central Los Angeles, Alex admits football saved his life. We talk about his journey from his local L.A. Galaxy, via Germany (Freiburg) to the Ajax B Squad (Jong Ajax). Why does he think Ajax is the right club for him and what does he know about the club's philosophy and history? We also welcome our first 'Far Away Fan': Ian Stewart is from Scotland and has been following the club for many years. Do you want to join our podcast network? Send us an email on at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) and become our next Far Away Fan! If you happen to be in The Netherlands on February 20th?
