Highly informative, exciting, and actually funny
I have fallen in love with history podcasts after listening to History of Rome by Mike Duncan, though I often times wanted something more Hellenistic (grew up reading Homer and often revisit because I believe there’s still so much to gain from those works). This has scratched that itch. The podcast is very informative, but it is not just a recitation of facts and sources. There is life to this retelling. I also love the hosts modern interjections, reminds me of hanging out with my homies. I highly recommend.
