My favorite [running] podcast
I can’t believe I haven’t written a review before now, but I’ve been listening to the Ali on the Run podcast for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. It’s my favorite podcast and definitely my favorite running podcast, and I listen to quite a few (training for ultras means a lot of time to listen to podcasts on solo runs). Ali obviously cares about the quality of her show and it is apparent in her interviews. She asks great questions, leaves space for guests to actually answer, and isn’t afraid to get off on tangents and go where the conversation leads. I often find that as soon as I think of a question I’d like the guest to answer, she asks it. I love the guests she has on, from the “everyday runners” to the professional runners and everyone in between. There’s truly something here for everyone thanks to the work Ali puts in to provide a wide array of topics and different types of episodes. I appreciate all that she does and am so happy for her company on my run every day.
