“I am without question a fan and whilst occasionally the magazine can drift into smugness with a sprinkling of being disproportionately pleased with it's self it is almost without equal although Intelligent Life gives it a run for it's money! (But there they are over pleased with there brightness)
What I find disappointing is that when I called there London office to ask where my September issue was it was as if I had called a 6th form common room which had a vague idea that's its running some sort of business.......
Long story short my subscription has expired but I had received no notification of this or a request to re subscribe.
So hears a shout out to you occasional smugee's at Monocle (editor in chief) who delight in pointing out poor service.............you too are running a business and it's the little and none glamorous functions that determine profitability!”
