“I am loving listening to the podcast. I find them super interesting and find it a nice alternative to the utube videos as allow you to sit and think deeply about the spoken topics. Episode 4 I especially love, Meggan’s mum has such a calming voice and It’s clear why she makes such a good therapist! Please bring her into more podcasts with similar topics! She’s really informative and it’s really nice to listen to the information she has. Also lovely to hear your experiences and thoughts too x”
