Some foreign students have been waiting for over a year to start their studies at Finnish universities because of Finland’s rules requiring in-person residence permit interviews. We hear from students in limbo in Sri Lanka. This week we also ask what the scandal involving Prime Minister Sanna Marin’s meal perks says about Finland.
