A must listen to podcast series.
This first ten episode season of Nickie Hursthouse’s “All Things Food” was a real find. The breadth of topics was fascinating, moving from Men’s Health to Fertility Nutrition, from sustainability and permaculture to intuitive eating and building food resilience. Nickie is a very experienced registered dietitian and brings a wealth of knowledge to these podcasts but she gives her guests all the time they need to tell their stories. It is so refreshing to listen to a podcast where the interviewer lets their guest do most of the talking and every podcast in this series is worth at least a second listen.
