Yup, we’re talking about that buzzword, but not in the way you might think. Diversity can appear through inherit traits such as age, ethnicity, and gender as well as through acquired traits from life experiences like cultural influences, education, etc. Listen in as we chat about our experiences with international delegations, cross-cultural communication and of course, research that has been conducted in this area.
