“Provocative, controversial and ambitious — most certainly overly ambitious. Credit for trying to tackle any and all subjects, occasionally taking unpopular views, but often rattling off popular contrarian talking points. Sometimes ideas are just name dropped without being developed or supported only to quickly Segway into another loaded topic. Sometimes incoherent and inconsistent.
Example:
Ranting about the destructive effects of a lack of adversity leading to the feminization of men. ie: our ancestors used to kill lions and this was good for us. That we do not have enough adversity nowadays.
Shortly after: lamenting that life used to be easier and that the adversity we currently face is interfering with the family unit.
Would like to see the podcast go more in depth on a topic, provide more specific information, and quote more sources. Also ease off a bit on the alarmist pedal to prevent listener fatigue.
Harsh criticism but still, credit for attempting to accomplish an independently minded podcast. It takes cojones. Can definitely provide one with food for thought, though recommend taking it all with a grain of salt, and to do your own research. Also credit for production value being solid.
Itch to find out what Alpha Male Buddhist from Brooklyn has to say successfully scratched.”
