AlphaMirrorless 040: Fotodiox Releases A Nikon to Sony E Adapter Plus A Few Other Loose Ends Fotodiox just recently released the FUSION Smart AF Adapter to adapt Nikon Lenses to the Sony E mount. While there have been other adapters for Nikon lenses this is the first one that promises full AutoFocus and exposure functionality with the Sony E mount system.
