“It’s important to know that this is a retrospective podcast so there will be spoilers. Caution for Smallville first timers but excellent for re-watchers.
The host, Zach, is very familiar with Smallville and knowledgeable on Superman lore. There’s a large selection of guests, instead of always having the same two guys, so if you’re binge listening, you’ll never be fatigued. Plus, most guests are excellent. Lance, Matt Truex, Nancy, Matt Latham and Craig are some recurring guests that have great rapport with Zach, so it’s always a pleasure listening to their discussions.
Zach also includes a well-balanced amount of deleted scenes and information from Smallville-the-official-companion-available-wherever-books-are-sold, so this is also a great podcast for those that want to know more about the behind the scenes of Smallville.
Smallville is a WB/CW show, so there’s bound to be some shipping-talk. And just as Clark had serious Lana blinders, Zach has his Chloe blinders on a bit too much at times. As a neutral, I think it’s mostly in good humor though. There’s only one time where a guest described Lana as looking like a cat that I found somewhat offensive, otherwise the shipping talk has never been a problem for me.
Overall, a definite five-star podcast.”

“Superman without superman this is a definitive guide to the young early 2000s.
The show is a light hearted but informative look at the series which was a part on many geek growing up.
