“A good program and nice recap of current events which presents the advantage of hearing what happened overnight. Timeliness is a continuing frustration. There is no point in posting the podcast at the r d if the day when it’s out of date. It needs to be released as a podcast in a timely manner -early in the day rather than quite consistently around the time that sister program The World Today makes the earlier news program automatically out of date. Not sure why the ABC doesn’t quite get the podcast listeners’ obvious expectations; maybe budget cuts, disinterest or tardiness? It shouldn’t be hard to post the program immediately after radio broadcast but we’ll live in hope that Aunty will eventually catch up with the new world, I suppose.”
