A new IDF report blames "mistaken identification" for the airstrike on Monday that killed seven aid workers in Gaza. Joe Biden has given Benjamin Netanyahu an ultimatum - protect civilians and aid workers, or Washington could reign in its support. Within hours of their phone call, the Israeli leader announced additional aid routes. For Gazans, help cannot come fast enough as millions remain on the brink of starvation.
