Planning and painting
I just discovered the Amateur Traveler podcast a couple of weeks ago and just love it. I have a home based business and listen to the interviews while I work, so maybe there is a flavor of distant places in my art? The show is full of great advice from professional travelers and non-professional alike and gives you the reality of a destination, not just the stuff of brochures. I appreciate all of the great stories too--hope to be out there myself soon! In the meantime, I can enjoy vicariously and plan for my own adventures. Very useful info and podcast.
