The proposed bill would mandate ID for viewing content deemed “harmful to minors” online, and the definition of such content includes homosexuality. She breaks down the intentional vagueness of the language, how impossible it may be to actually enforce, and what ripple effects such legislation can and usually does have. Finally, Grace has a somewhat unorthodox movie minute (by her standards).
