“It only took one or two episodes for me to know I would be a loyal listener. Spider-Man was my first love in comics (since fourth grade) and after going through a proper Batman obsession through high school and most of college, my return to the world of the web head has been super fun and surprisingly enriching. Dan and Mark’s podcast has been a perfect addition to my daily/weekly spidey indulgence. It takes insight and knowledge to drive good conversation. Dan and Mark both have DEEP expertise in the world of Spider-Man which makes for a more informative and critical show when they discuss the old and new. They break down the books from all angles and find appreciation in things only true comic lovers would. I, myself, do not buy current Spider-Man issues but still love listening to the podcast so I can be brought up to speed and hear some fair analysis from two fans I can trust.
