All heart, no gimmicks
I love that Ethan is so candid. He’s not pushing any particular style of eating or diet. He’s not selling you a program or machine. He’s just telling you how’s it been for him and what’s worked for him. He’s even honest enough to admit that he’s likely to put weight on again at some point. Dude is just real. At so many points I felt like he was talking about. Didn’t think I’d relate as much as I did. Looking forward to hearing more.

Ethan Suplee really helped me understand problems I wasn’t even aware of. He is refreshingly honest with himself, his job and the world surrounding us, I wished there was more content like this around. I always admired him as an actor, now even more as a human being.

Great information and not afraid to say the issues and reasons people find comfort in food. I can feel this from a real world perspective. Struggling with weight and food addiction my entire life. Can’t wait to hear more.
