Host: Dr. Wendy Marie Ingram, PhD, Psychiatric Epidemiology Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health Guest Interview: Dr. Suzanne B. Bakken, RN, DNSc, FAAN, FACMI Alumni Professor of Nursing and Professor of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University. She has conducted federally-funded clinical informatics research for more than 25 years. She currently serves as Director of the Center for Evidence-based Practice in the Underserved and of the Reducing Health Disparities Through Informatics Pre- and Post-doctoral Training Program, both supported by the National Institute of Nursing Research. Dr. Bakken is an elected fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and American College of Medical Informatics and a member of the Institute of Medicine.
