This Christmas I was gifted an air fryer because my family knows I love to cook. It immediately felt like a step in the wrong direction so I exchanged it for a Patreon subscription to Ancestral Kitchen! Up until now I have learned so many things from Alison and Andrea about ancestral kitchen skills and how to deepen the meaning of meals. Sounds much more appealing to me than some fat-free french fries, even if they are perfectly crisped.
