Fabulous ladies, so interesting!
I LOVE this podcast, always delving into so many interesting topics, and really in depth. I love the banter these two have and listening to two different perspectives from either side of the ocean and different backgrounds - it makes the podcast episodes so rich. I love how they share what they ate for their last meal - always get great ideas for my next meals! I’ve started fermenting my porridge, and it’s sooooooo much better that way. My favourite episode lately is the top recipes in Nourishing Traditions one - so brilliant to hear how they’ve taken the recipes and adjusted them, used them, made them seasonal and local, and introduced me to ones I wouldn’t have thought to try. Please make another one of these episodes!

Prior to finding your podcast I had bought a copy of Nourishing Traditions. I had thumbed through it, only to be intimidated by many of the recipes that contained ingredients (like whey) and processes (like stewing something for 24 hrs) that I was unfamiliar with.
