“Another lie, magic be damned I have luck in my side, I’m a coward and can run away to another world when people try and kill me, These are all alternative names that capture the pure essence of the show. The show feels like a lie completely forced with a genuinely unlikeable protagonist unbelievable love interest overall poor character design. Really poor showing from Klavan here.
The protagonist, Austin lively, has no spine, has no skill, and offers nothing to the story besides a placeholder hero that escapes death once every chapter purely through coincidence. It’s cringey how many straws are grasped at here.
