The sound quality really needs to be improved

Sound needs help
Could barely hear anything without having my hands on the volume knob at all times. Why bother doing a podcast if listeners can't have an enjoyable experience.

Quality Needs Improvement!!!
Now don't get me wrong. These guys know there stuff and are great to listen too, it's just the quality needs improving, almost blew an eardrum having to turn the volume ALL THE WAY UP, then quickly back down.
