Ashutosh and I trained together on a group call series with Peter Winslow.  It was a wonderful experience recording this episode with him and learning more about what an amazing man  Ashutosh is.  In this episode he talks about depression, hopelessness, anxiety and being in so much pain he was unable to put on his own shoes.  Now he is healthy, enjoying exercising, long walks at night with his wife and working on his PHD.   He thanks his wife and Peter.
