NEJM, JAMA, and Archives of Internal Medicine all offer podcasts. Archives is the only podcast that provides, routinely, an interview of authors. I am an anaesthetic resident and listen to many different podcasts. I feel this is one of the best medical podcasts on the web today. Keep up the good work and please continue with the quality of reporting on these interesting subjects which I normally would not be able to review myself.

The sound quality and speaking voice of Christine Lane is invariably terrible.
