Interesting stories with literary connections
I can’t say I’m in love with every episode, but there are enough stories that grab my interest and stay with me that this podcast has survived more than one round of subscription purges. I especially love the episode about Carnegie libraries and the one about Belle da Costa Greene, which surprises me because that’s not typically an era that fascinates me. I’ve sent the Carnegie Library episode in particular to like five people.

Even though it's only two episodes long right now, this podcast is wonderful. Well researched topics are provided in an interesting and up to date manner. It's not given overly-academic, high-brow, "authoritarian" manner, but the more approachable "we're a bunch of friends...Read full review »
