I love listening to this podcast while I’m out on a long run especially if I’m running solo that day. The conversations are always witty and fun to learn about new things, and hear new or similar perspectives.

I’ve listened to a number of running podcasts and I always come back to this one. I’m not even a mother but I enjoy all the BAMRs. It feels like home with SBS and Dimity and the host of other hosts.
