His short stories, published in literary journals and translated into various Indian languages, gained widespread acclaim. In 2012, his short story collection "Bhobhar tatha anya kahaniyaṅ" was published by Lokayat Prakashan, Jaipur, earning him the prestigious Rangey Rraghav Katha Samman from the Rajasthan Sahitya Academy. In 2015, he made his debut as a novelist with the political satire "Zed Plus," published by Rajkamal Prakashan. This novel was later adapted into a film of the same name, directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. His Rajasthani story "Bhobhar" received recognition at various Indian and international film festivals, leading to nominations for Best Story at the 21st LifeOk Screen Awards (for "Zed Plus”).
