It’s time to bury the podcast, or change direction.
I’ve been an avid listener since the very beginning. I loved the show, but the once a month(sometimes a month and a half), isn’t cutting it anymore. The actual stories are becoming less and less, with lots more filler than actual stories. What’s sad is I often forget about the show because it’s so inconsistent and not very rememberable or scary when the long awaited stories do arrive. And the music is just God awful! A major format change needs to occur I believe. And I know a host can’t help how their voice sounds but? Anyway, at least have actual interviews with people who’ve had encounters, mixed in with recorded voice messages. Please no more self recorded music. And no more repeat stories that we’ve heard a million times like the kid that saw himself in the future from the past. And reading articles found on and in unreliable sources isn’t the way to go. Again once a month isn’t enough, people will and do forget about the show. I’d suggest at least twice a month with mini episodes the other two weeks, say 5-8 minutes long. Or change the podcast to a seasonal show, late August-December, then take the rest of the months to curate enough content (episodes), maybe have a month like March where there are plenty of Irish spirit stories to tell. Honestly it seems like the host is becoming less and less interested in producing the show, and it’s starting to show, and the audience (listeners) can sense it too. There are too many shows out there to listen to as far as the paranormal topic goes to wait around for a show once a month. Most shows at the bare minimum have an episode per week, some have an episode come out daily. I myself am a podcaster, and I fully know what goes into each and every episode. It’s a lot of time. But I have a full time business ( which isn’t the podcasts) and 3 podcast shows that I produce solo, and I’m able to produce an episode weekly for each show, but I’ve learned to overlap the shows, when one ends, the other begins, so on and so forth. One show is a niche show that runs within weeks of the paranormal/mystery show. And the other show ( which is based on a highly popular Netflix show runs continuously, with a short hiatus that’s announced before the other shows begin. All this to say, some of the reasons you may not be getting enough content to fill your shows anymore is because there’s too long of a break between episodes. Just some constructive criticism. By the way, all of the shows are highly popular with one being the best show with many people covering this particular show, ot ranks #1 in the world.

I like the collection of stories. Nice to hear them read by different individuals. Perfect spooky music to compliment it as well ;)
