“I’ve been waiting for a Armchair Anonymous to maybe be able to share this but i’ve waited to long at this point. Dax and monica both changed my life. I was 370 pounds and didn’t know how to get better. Listening to this podcast and listening to other people struggles made me feel like i wasn’t alone. Dax and Monica were there with me every step of the way as i worked to shed the pounds and fix my life. Dax was so open about his struggles, though different from my own i found solace that he was able to change his story i knew i could change mine too. I’m now down to 260 (and still working to get the rest off) i just had to say thank you to Dax and Monica because they saved my life and helped me to
become a better person. I also named my son after Dax, he really made a big impact on me. So thank you Dax and Monica, and if you are thinking of you should listen to this podcast it’s a resounding, YES!”
