Could use a little more balance
Have been listening to this podcast for several weeks and am disturbed by the more GOP friendly analysis of the proceedings as time passes. Today’s episode was a prime example. Kornachi made great play of the controversy over Barry Berek’s opening statement to the committee, referring to him as a witness more than once. Berek was not a witness which is why he wasn’t put under oath, he was making an opening statement on behalf of the chairman of the committee, as Schiff did throughout the HPSCI, with a corresponding statement from the ranking member or their counsel. On this occasion that statement was made by Castor, before he was sworn in for his witness testimony. You made it sound like the Dems were pulling a fast one, or making up the rules as you put it. That was a lie and did your reputation no service.
