Police & Judicial Reform in Pakistan - My Meeting with Imran Khan
Listen now
Description
When PTI won elections in KPK in 2013, Pakistani's were keen to see the improvements in governance they had long awaited.  Governance in Pakistan cannot improve unless fundamental reforms in structure and substance of Police & Judicial systems are introduced. With 25 years in civil services, first hand experience in reform, business process re-engineering, automation, legislative changes, and having successfully delivered a mega national level reform project, I took my recommendations for reform in Police and Judiciary to the man I thought would turn Pakistan around. I had no personal incentive or ambitions.  Here is the story of the reform concept, details of meeting with Imran Khan and the resulting Police Reforms in KPK.  Recorded on March 9, 2017.  https://youtu.be/A7552Zp3RXM
