This podcast is a delight
I just discovered your podcast and have been racing through it. I have been in this field for over 30 years; I get what you are doing with it and it is really good. Like many in the field, I have had opportunities to engineer my own decisions, and to help friends and family. I was aware that the standard techniques have a blind spot when it comes to emotions. It seems to me your take is spot on. I am learning a great deal from listening to you - both the way you have articulated the role of emotions and the personal dynamics of decision making, and the recordings of you actually having the conversations with decision makers. The field as a whole could benefit from the wider appreciation - beyond MBA techniques - that your work engenders. Keep up the good work.
