“Just listened to my first ever ASM podcast (E 197), which seems oddly timely, because I can now follow along the new small beginnings AND go back and listen to previous episodes.
I am on my journey of deconstructing, learning, healing, resting, curiosity and learning to walk this crazy life with open hands, heart & mind.
A friend recommended this podcast about 10 months ago, but I’m glad I waited till now. I don’t think I would have been ready to hear a lot of the things I’m listening to now.
I thoroughly enjoyed the format of this episode, the emphatic conversations, the intelligent and thoughtful answers and your heart really shines through, Mike. I wish you nothing but the best as you continue healing & recovery and I look forward to listening to future episodes. 😊
