I love these lectures for non science majors. This is a wonderful example of the benefits of this technology and how it can let everyone access something formerly reserved to very small audiences. The instructor is great and has such a dry sense of humor.

I think the other reviews say it all. Richard is a passionate lecturer. He has a way of repeating concepts until it sinks in. And uses examples to make the enormity of the universe make sense. I first downloaded this course to my ipod 6 years ago and I still love to listen to it. The lecture series on the frontiers of astronomy is really interesting.
