Kate Monk is the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Programs for Explorer’s Edge, otherwise known as Regional Tourism Organization 12, the destination development organization for the region of Ontario that includes Muskoka.  She’s a local girl with a deep and abiding love for our lakes and communities, and joins me today to talk about how a regenerative approach to the business of tourism aims higher than mere sustainability and helps ensure that the businesses, the environment, and the people who live here, work here, and visit here can thrive together.
