This children's (ages 3 - 11) hypnotherapy session will enable your child to overcome insecurities, emotional upsets, and challenges they may be experiencing at a young age. It begins with the child forgetting their ABCs while feeling relaxed. My technique was to confuse the child in the beginning, so they would not know their ABCs anymore, and finally, to give up and fall asleep. The child is then taken to a video game store to replace negative feelings with positive ones. Afterwards, the child watches surfers balance their surfboards, learning that balancing life and learning from mistakes is ok. Lastly, there are gentle positive affirmations about loving yourself, being confident and having better self-esteem. Your child is guided to believe they can achieve anything by gently suggesting and telling stories. By imagining and daydreaming, a state that children are highly comfortable with, they believe that they are good enough and deserving, and as a result, they feel more confident, happier, and more content with themselves. This audio recording will teach your child how to build strong, confident Self-Esteem that will last. CAUTION TO PARENTS. If your child has any fears or phobias about video games or ocean water, please do not allow them to listen to this session. In order to maximize the enjoyment of this download, here are a few tips: 1.      This audio must not be listened to while driving a car or operating heavy machinery, even though it is designed for children. 2.      Turn off all phones and ensure that your child is in a place where they will not be disturbed during the session. 3.      If your child is uncomfortable for any reason and wants to stop listening, all they need to do is open their eyes and turn the session off. 4.      You can allow your child to use earphones as long as they are comfortable doing so. 5.      If your child is lying in bed or going to sleep, ensure their back is straight and supported. We enter and exit hypnotic states every day, and hypnotherapy is a natural state. Similar to watching a great movie or reading a good book, it is a feeling of focused attention. At all times, hypnotherapy is self-hypnotherapy, meaning the listener is in control. Children's hypnotherapy should not be construed as medical advice or treatment but rather to facilitate positive growth. There is no limit to how many times this session can be used.
