Please enjoy this hypnotherapy session for children for the Christmas season, which uses the spirit of Christmas to help them in their own unique and special way. This session is appropriate for all age groups. In this holiday-specific hypnotherapy session, the child is guided through a body scan and relaxation, which will help the child gently fall asleep. An emphasis is placed at the beginning of the audio on self-esteem and letting go of the year's negativity as part of the child therapy program. When the tree grows, your child can let go of their worries and allow them to be taken away from them. With the tree growing, your child can let go of their worries and allow them to be taken away from them during therapy. The child will have the opportunity to meet Santa in a magical forest at the end of the session. While the child is deeply relaxed, they will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes, fears, and gifts with Santa. The audio ends with Christmas positive affirmations as the child is having a night's sleep. Positive affirmations can boost children's energy levels and mood. This type of support is essential for children since they are constantly confronted with challenges that can deprive them of the joy of living.
