The expert panel included fundraising legend, Everald Compton who has been an international fundraising consultant for 50 years, managing over 1000 campaigns in 26 nations including campaigns for Gough Whitlam, Joh Bjelke-Petersen, Bob Hawke, John Howard and Helen Susman of South Africa; Dr David Kennedy who is the founder of igiveonepercent.org and the former Director of The Atlantic Philanthropy's Australian Philanthropic Program; Linda Lavarch, a former Labor Party Member and the first woman Attorney-General in Queensland: and Prof Michael Macklin who established the Australian Democrats in Queensland and, after winning a Senate seat, served consecutively as Whip, Deputy Leader and Leader of the party in the Senate.
